This Peach Salad with Prosciutto, Burrata and Basil is a love-song to summer peaches. Make this fancy-looking dish with just a handful of ingredients and in less than 10 minutes. It's bound to become a summertime staple!

When the peaches come into season with their bright, juicy, gorgeous selves, there's simply nothing else that I want to eat.
This Peach Salad highlights the juicy peaches with the pop of salty prosciutto, creamy burrata and earthy basil. It's an appetizer or light lunch that looks fancy, but really couldn't be simpler!

How to Make Peach Salad:
First up, you'll want to make sure that you have the freshest, ripest peaches you can get your hands on and everything else will fall into place.
Simply pit the peaches and slice them into thin-ish pieces - likely into something like sixteenths. Then plate them along with some ripped prosciutto, dollops of burrata and fresh basil. To dollop the burrata, just break the ball into small pieces, making sure to contain as much of the soft center as possible!
Drizzle the whole plate with balsamic vinegar, olive oil and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. And that's it!

I highly suggest you pair this with a crisp white wine or your favorite rose. If you'd like to add some protein, this Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken would be delicious. And no one would be mad if you add a few slices of fresh baguette to the table.
