This Peach Salad highlights gorgeous summer peaches at their peak! The pairing of salty prosciutto, creamy burrata and heady basil is an instant classic and makes for a fabulous side dish or appetizer!

Ingredients
2mediumfresh peaches, pits removed
3slicesprosciutto di parma
1ballfresh burrata cheese
2spigsfresh basil
1 1/2tablespoonsolive oil
1tablespoonbalsamic vinegar
1/2teaspoonsea salt
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Remove the pit from the peaches and slice thinly.
Plate the peaches, then add the prosciutto, ripping into smaller pieces as you go. Then break the ball of burrata and add clumps all around the plate. Finish with the basil leaves, ripping any leaves that are large.
Finish the salad with a drizzle of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Enjoy with a cold glass of crisp white wine or rose and some fresh sliced baguette.
