An easy 20-minute method to cook an enjoy any flaky white fish with bright lemony flavor and crispy breadcrumbs

Ingredients
1lbwhite fishcod, haddock, tilapia, flounder
3/4cuppanko breadcrumbs
2teaspoonsItalian seasoning
½teaspoongarlic powder
2tablespoonsolive oil
kosher salt and black pepper
lemon wedges and fresh parsley for servingoptional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Put a spoonful of olive oil in a baking dish and spread to coat the bottom.
Combine panko bread crumbs with the rest of the olive oil in a small bowl along with the Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
Salt and pepper both sides of the fish liberally, and lay in buttered baking dish. Spread bread crumbs evenly over the fish.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until fish is cooked thoroughly (and flakes easily). Serve with a squeeze of lemon juice and a garnish of fresh parsley, if desired.
