Ingredients
2cupsshredded cabbageabout ΒΌ of a cabbage
1/4cupshredded carrots
1/2small onionthinly sliced
1jalapenochopped finely (optional)
1tablespoonolive oil
2tablespoonswhite vinegar
1tablespoonmayonnaise
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
A sprinkle of dill seeds or dried dill
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, onion and jalapeno. Add in the olive oil, vinegar, mayo, salt, pepper and a little dill seeds or dried dill. Stir together until well mixed and all the vegetables are well coated.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours before serving.
