    4th of July Appetizer Red White and Blue Dip Trio | Sip + Spice #4thofjuly #redwhiteblue #partyfood #appetizer #partydish #partyfood

Looking for a 4th of July Appetizer to bring to the pool/patio/barbecue/beach this weekend?! I've got you covered—this Red, White and Blue Dip Trio is exactly what your party needs!

It's wildly quick to pull together and can easily be expanded to fill out a fun partyboard, cheeseboard or kept simple and served with fries, chips, veggies or anything you want!

4th of July Appetizer | Sip + Spice

How to create an easy yet impressive 4th of July appetizer:

Red: Ketchup (or get fancy and stir some dried rosemary in for an impressive Rosemary Ketchup)

White: Garlic Aioli (click here for my killer 2-minute recipe) or Ranch dip

    Blue: Savory Blueberry Sauce

Yep, you read that right. Savory. Blueberry. Sauce.

The highlight of this ultra-festive 4th of July appetizer is the Savory Blueberry Dipping Sauce. It's equal parts smoky and sweet, with a slight kick of spice right at the very end. It only takes 25 minutes to pull together and aside from a carton of fresh blueberries, all the other ingredients come right out of your pantry!

This Savory Blueberry Sauce is slightly chunky from the mashed berries, but is the perfect consistency for dipping. It tastes complex and fancy, but couldn't be easier—our fav!

Plus... it's really good on just about anything. Use it as a sauce for grilled chicken, a spread for burgers or panini, or a drizzle on vanilla ice cream for a little sweet/spicy bite!

During holidays like the 4th of July or Memorial Day, when you're trying to spend as little time preparing food and as much time outside having a good time as possible, snacks like this are a major win.

    1. Who doesn't love a good dip?! ...so better yet, who doesn't love a good dip trio?!

    2. It takes no time to prepare and can be scaled up to serve a crowd. Less time in the kitchen, more time with a rose spritzer in hand beating everyone at cornhole!

    3. The festive colors are SUPER fun! You'll be the hit of the party. (Plus, it's super Instagram-able)
