Everything Bagel Hummus

  • 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon tahini
  • 2-3 tablespoons Everything Bagel seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons ice water


  1. In a food processor, add the rinsed chickpeas, olive oil, lemon juice, tahini and everything bagel seasoning. Turn on high and let combine for 1 minute, scraping down the sides as needed.

  2. Slowly add the ice water tablespoon by tablespoon until the hummus is smooth. Blend another minute on high until hummus is entirely creamy.
