Preheat the oven to 425ºF. Cut the broccoli off the stem into florets. Spread out on a baking sheet.
Spread the broccoli out on the pan and sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, italian seasoning, crushed red pepper, salt and pepper. Massage into the broccoli with your hands and spread broccoli back out evenly on the sheet.
Roast broccoli for 15-20 minutes until crispy, fragrant and just starting to brown.
