Crispy Baked Chicken Wings
Ingredients

chicken wings
1/3
cup
buffalo sauce
1
tablespoon
melted butter
Instructions
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Drop in wings and boil for 7 minutes. Remove from the water and let drain. Dry them off well with a paper towel.
Preheat the oven to 425ºF. Spray a baking sheet with olive oil spray. Place the wings skin-side down on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
Flip wings over and finish cooking for another 10 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine the buffalo sauce and melted butter. Toss the wings in the sauce and serve with bleu cheese and celery.
