Spicy Black Bean Salad
Ingredients

cans black beans
rinsed + drained

red onion
diced
1/4
cup
pickled jalapenos
diced

red wine vinegar

olive oil

garlic
minced

tablespoon
cumin

teaspoon
black pepper

teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Cover with plastic wraps and refrigerate for 1 hour or more. Serve it cold as a side to a grilled dinner or picnic sandwiches.
