Blueberry Cinnamon Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Toppings

  • coconut flakes
  • cacao nibs
  • almond slices

Instructions

  1. In a high-speed blender, blend the almond milk, protein powder, flax seeds, banana, blueberries, cauliflower and cinnamon until smooth, about 1 minute.

  2. Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings!
