Turmeric Chia Pudding | Sip + Spice

Turmeric Chai Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon cardamom
  • coconut flakes optional
  • cacao nibs optional

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk all the ingredients together
  2. Cover in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Remove from the fridge and stir.
  4. Pour the mixture in a high speed blender, and blend on high for 1 minute until smooth.
  5. Serve with a sprinkle of coconut flakes and cacao nibs. Store in a glass container for up to 5 days.
