Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 Medjool date
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves de-stemmed
  • 1/4 cup kale leaves stems removed
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoons cacao nibs
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Layer almond milk, date, mint, kale, banana, and cauliflower in a blender and blend on high.


  2. Pour into a bowl and top with cacao nibs, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and coconut flakes.
