Iced Chai Latte | Sip & Spice

Homemade Iced Chai Tea Latte

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 4 chai tea bags
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup non-dairy milk

Instructions

  1. Bring the water to a boil.


  2. Remove from heat and add tea bags. Allow to steep for 8 minutes.


  3. Stir in the cardamom, ginger, cinnamon and maple syrup. Allow to cool for 10 minutes. Add in the milk and stir.



  4. Place in refrigerator and cool for at least 30 minutes.


  5. Serve over ice with more milk and honey or maple syrup if desired.
