Almond Joy Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

Toppings:

  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs

Instructions

  1. Layer coconut milk, spinach, banana, cauliflower and almond butter in a blender. Blend on high until smooth.


  2. Top with coconut flakes, almonds and cacao nibs. Dig in!
