Grill season is here! Steaks and sausages and drumsticks, oh my.
Which means it's time to amp up our easy sides game to be ready to make easy, full meals. Preferably all on the grill (no clean up!)
These Grilled Everything Bagel Potatoes are a fun take on roasted potatoes that will pair perfectly with anything you whip up on the grill.
And even better, we make them entirely on the grill—no extra dishes! These are made in a foil packet for easy clean up!
We have such better things to do on summer evenings than spend a lot of time preparing or cleaning up from dinner, so the goal here is to make as few dishes as possible and use just a few ingredients that are also super flavorful.
We'll use the ever popular Everything But The Bagel Seasoning (it brings an awesome onion-y kick, without having to chop anything extra!) and a secret ingredient to bring just a little zing... pickled jalapeno juice!
Ya know the stuff in the jar that you toss after you've scooped out the last jalapeno slice for taco night?! Stop tossing it! It's vinegar-y, briny and brings just a little kick when added to marinades, sauces, dressings or other seasonings.
And instead of turning on the oven, heating the house, dirtying a sheet pan or baking dish, we'll just mix everything up in a bowl, then pour the potatoes onto a large piece of aluminum foil. Wrap the foil up around the potatoes, toss 'em on the grill and 30 minutes later, they're done!
So good, so easy and so surprising!
These Grilled Everything Potatoes will be the hit of your next patio get together, picnic or even camping trip (the foil packet works perfectly on a campfire!). Add a few sliced scallions on top of an extra bit of freshness at the end!
