How to make Asian Sliders:

1. Whip up a quick and simple cabbage slaw. Combine soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, lime juice and sesame oil. Let it marinate briefly for a perfect tang and crunch.

2. Mix together the almond butter sauce. It’s completely addicting and a slight variation on the Peanut Sauce from my Thai Turkey Lettuce Wraps.

3. Season the meat (or you could use beans/lentils for a veggie burger, if desired) with sesame oil, soy sauce and ginger.

4. Top ’em off with crunchy cucumber slices to balance the soft slider buns.
